Description
The McDuffie County School System is currently accepting applications for SUBSTITUTE FOOD SERVICE EMPLOYEE to work in our school lunchrooms.
REPORTS TO: Director of Auxiliary Services
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED
PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Be available to work when needed.
Get along with others and be a team player.
Follow sanitary rules for food handling.
Follow instructions given by manager.
Able to relate effectively to children, adults, fellow employees, and patrons.
Reports to work neat and clean per established standard operating procedures.
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, carry 40 pounds, pushing, and/or pulling, above head reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling; and significant fine finger dexterity, movement, free standing and unassisted walking. Generally, the job requires 90% moving/walking/standing.

Applications may be completed at the McDuffie County Board of Education, 716 North Lee Street, Thomson, GA 30824 between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Applications are also located on the McDuffie County Schools website.
