Central Office

1. Assist with reconciling all central office bank statements
2. Assist with grants management (including but not limited to drawdowns and completion reports
3. Maintains the general ledger (includes processing cash receipts and journal entries)
4. Responsible for budget preparation (including budget amendments and transfers)
5. Responsible for annual state salary and travel reporting
6. Responsible for monthly closing (including managing balance sheet accounts)
7. Assist with year end closing and annual financial statements and yearly annual audit
8. Responsible for annual submitting of DE46 and all other state reporting requirements
9. Assist with payroll duties (including but not limited to processing timesheets, deductions, payroll adjustments)
10. Assist with school nutrition monthly reporting
11. All other duties as assigned.

High school graduate; college or business school preferred, five years of experience working preferred.
