McDuffie County School District Stadium Procedures

  1. The McDuffie County School District prefers clear bags for all athletic events. This includes pocketbooks, book-bags, diaper bags, etc. All bags are subject to search. Due to security concerns, backpacks and large handbags may be searched and entry denied. 
  2. All patrons must remain seated in the stands during the game. No standing behind the bleachers or loitering around the concession stand or restrooms will be permitted. 
  3. Gates will open at 6:00 p.m. No tickets will be sold at the gate. To purchase tickets, visit the Thomson High School GoFan Site.
  4. Security checkpoint will be established at the main entrance to the stadium. All game attendees will be required to pass through metal detectors by security.
  5. No passes out. Spectators leaving the stadium will not be allowed to re-enter unless they purchase another ticket.
  6. No outside food or drinks will be allowed in the stadium.
  7. Thomson High school promotes a Drug, Alcohol, and Tobacco Free Environment.  Alcoholic beverages, vaping devices, tobacco, and any other controlled substances are not allowed on any school property. This includes the parking lot.
  8. Children under the age of 16 will not be admitted into the stadium unless accompanied by a responsible adult. Parents are asked to escort small children to and from the restrooms and the concession area. Children shall remain with their parents during the event.
  9. Firearms, knives, pyrotechnic devices, balloons, live animal mascots, cannons, fireworks, objects with sharp or pointed edges, or any other item that could be considered a safety risk is prohibited at athletic events. School Resource Officers may prohibit any item that threatens safety.
  10. Anyone on the sideline or end zones for any reason must have a uniform or McDuffie County School District authorized pass. Anyone who does not have a proper pass or ID will be asked to leave the area.
  11. Only pre-approved groups are permitted to sell products in the stadium. No products may be sold outside the stadium without permission from Administration.
  12. Only reserve seat tickets guarantee seating in a specific area. A general admission ticket does not guarantee a seat on a specific side of the stadium. No refunds will be given.
  13. Photosensitive patrons should be aware that the stadium lights will blink or flash at certain times during the game, such as after scoring drives or interceptions. Anyone that may be negatively impacted by that strobing effect should be prepared to take proper precautions.
