A free biometric screening event will be held in the cafeteria at Thomson High School on Thursday, May 21, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. This event is open to all employees (and their covered spouses) as well as retirees (and their covered spouses) under the age of 65 who have health insurance through either the Anthem or United Healthcare HMO or HRA plans offered by State Health Benefit Plan.
Biometric screening and other activities enable active employees and retirees under 65 to obtain incentive points that can be used for additional medical expenses with HRA plans or to reimburse you for co-pays and medicine costs with the HMO plans.
An appointment is needed in order to participate in the free biometric screening event.
To schedule an appointment:
If you have not registered for an account with Sharecare, register at www.bewellshbp.com
If you have already registered for the BeWell SHBP® program, log into your account
Once logged into your Sharecare account, click on the “Achieve” link on the left-hand side of the page.
Click on the “Programs” tile.
Click on the “Health Screening” tile. This will redirect you to the Quest scheduler.
Read the Terms and Conditions and click “Accept & Continue”.
Read the consent language, click on “I accept” then click the “Continue” box.
Confirm your personal information and mailing address is correct and click “Save”.
Click on “Make an Appointment”.
Select Thomson High School on May 21, 2026
Choose desired date time.
Review and confirm all information.
