Workers Compensation
When any injury or accident occurs on the job, employees must promptly notify their immediate supervisor, and the necessary paperwork must be completed with the person designated to handle workers compensation claims. If medical treatment is required, workers injured on the job must submit to drug and alcohol screening, and they must select a doctor from the approved panel of physicians found in the Official Notice posted below. This notice is also posted at each work location. Please contact Sheilah Johnson at 706-986-4048 to set up an appointment as soon as possible.
